Phase IV

Phase IV consists of the operational planning of the strategic plan. In this phase, the following will be accomplished:

• design and prepare a plan that "operationalizes" the University's strategic agenda

The operational plan is usually prepared by one or more Operations Work Group and includes the specific programs, budgets, timelines and responsible parties necessary to implement each strategic initiative. In addition, a measurement system for determining whether the strategic plan has been successfully implemented is instituted as part of this phase.
